There are about 150 cultivated varieties of Echeveria which are regarded as easy care, neatly shaped ornamental garden plants. This one is native to central America, Mexico and northwestern South America and makes the perfect accent plant for your collection.

A slow growing succulent with a geometric form and highly prized for the amazing variation of its colouring, it has frosty silver-blue, spoon-shaped leaves outlined with rosy pink margins and tips. Colours are most stunning in the winter. Vivid yellow, bell-shaped flowers are held on reddish stems which topple under the flowers’ weight. Rosettes reach around 10cm wide and the plant is about as tall.

Simple to care for, this Echeveria requires regular light watering and fertilising.
