Incredibly prolific variety of Echeveria thought to be cultivated from a 1969 Mexican specimen. It forms cute, silvery blue-green rosette that can get flushes of pink when grown in bright light. Although only growing to 20cm tall, it spreads quickly so does best in a container on its own and regularly pruned into obedience. Flowers are yellow, providing year-round colour.
Give it bright light or filtered sun to keep its depth of colour and compact shape, a pot with excellent drainage, and an infrequent drink, and it will make for the perfect low-maintenance landscaping and garden plant, enjoying the shallow soil of rockeries, but it also works wonderfully as a standalone potplant or in a succulent fairy garden.
