The Haworthia pumila, commonly known as Pearly Dots or Pearl Plant, is a dainty succulent that is small, slow-growing, and extremely hardy. It is an ideal plant for succulent arrangements, such as bonsai or fairy gardens, and makes a perfect gift for the home or office desk.

The Pearly Dots is often confused with other Haworthia succulents, but it can be easily distinguished by the raised white pearls that speckle the leaves above and below. This unique feature adds an interesting texture and a touch of elegance to the plant.

Native to South Africa, the Pearly Dots thrives in well-drained, drier conditions. It is an excellent plant for clusters, as the mother plant sends off pups that eventually spread out over time. The Pearly Dots can grow up to 30 cm in height, making it one of the larger Haworthia’s. Its green leaves have neat and pronounced white speckles, resembling its closely related and more common Zebra Plant.

Overall, the Pearly Dots is a stunning and easy-to-care-for succulent that can add a touch of charm and beauty to any indoor or outdoor space.
