The Dent Haworthia, also known as Haworthia chloracantha var. denticulifera, is a charming and petite succulent that is both resilient and easy to care for. These slow-growing plants are perfect for succulent arrangements, such as bonsai or fairy gardens, and make delightful gifts for any home or office desk.

Although similar to other Haworthia varieties, the Dent Haworthia can be identified by the distinctive stitching along the upper edges of its leaves. Native to South Africa, these plants prefer well-drained soil and drier conditions. When grown in clusters in a wide and shallow pot or tray, the Dent Haworthia creates a stunning display that will continue to spread over time as the mother plant sends off pups.

In shadier spots, the Dent Haworthia maintains its lush green coloration, but when exposed to more intense sunlight, its leaves take on a vibrant orange-red hue. With its unique and appealing appearance, the Dent Haworthia is a beautiful clumping succulent that is sure to be a charming addition to any collection.
