A rare fuzzy succulent native to South Africa, this is a low-growing, drought-tolerant succulent also known as Woolly Senecio. Stunning dwarf shrub with upright, cylindrical, succulent leaves that seem pure white owing to their fine covering in silvery white hairs.
It does well in container gardens but looks fabulous in any arrangement, especially sun-baked rock gardens. Make the most of its dramatic foliage by positioning at the front of borders. Bright yellow flowers will appear in summer. With the usual low water needs of a succulent, it likes full sun to part shade but can also be grown indoors if given enough light. Succeeds in poor soil. This plant will grow up to 30cm tall and up to 60cm wide.
Warning: can be toxic to animals.
